Abstract
This use case converts approved decision history into organization-specific security education. Training is based on recurring choices and documented outcomes rather than generic examples detached from the institution’s work.
Decision problem
Annual awareness programs often measure completion rather than judgment. They may not address the decisions employees actually encounter or the policies they misunderstand. The organization needs a lawful and privacy-conscious method for learning from its own security experience.
Evidence and Hypercube reasoning
Console identifies recurring patterns in approved, appropriately anonymized ledger records. Hypercube can distinguish repeated error, policy confusion and successful intervention. The training process uses only material permitted by organizational privacy and learning policies.
Governed workflow
Authorized reviewers select eligible decisions, remove sensitive details and convert them into practical scenarios. Employees practice the decision process, including evidence review, uncertainty, escalation and authority. Later Edge and Console outcomes provide a basis for evaluating whether behavior changed.
Evaluation design
A pilot should measure repeat error rate, response to Edge warnings, quality of escalation, time to reach a correct decision, policy comprehension and change following targeted instruction. Completion rate should remain a secondary measure.
Boundary condition
Decision records should not enter training merely because they exist. Privacy, confidentiality and organizational authorization govern selection and anonymization.
Reading time 2 minutes. Every decision described here is recorded in the KRYOS Decision Ledger with its evidence, authority and verified outcome.
