Design partner program
Three to five founding institutions, one workflow each, measured honestly.
ArtOfTheHack is recruiting three to five founding design partners, one from each nonprofit sector we protect. A design partner instruments one consequential workflow, measures it honestly in shadow mode, and shapes the policy model for its domain before it hardens.
Open seats
One seat per buyer profile
Seats are limited deliberately. Depth in a single workflow produces a better policy model than breadth across many shallow deployments.
A human rights or humanitarian NGO
Targeted intrusion attempts, field-device compromise, and privileged access to sensitive case data.
View profileA public policy think tank
Credential phishing against researchers, pre-publication data theft, and influence operations.
View profileA nonprofit research institute
Research-environment access governance, dataset exfiltration risk, and collaborator identity assurance.
View profileA foundation or grantmaker
Privileged access review, disbursement fraud attempts, and grantee network risk correlation.
View profileA civil society or journalism support organization
Source-protection risk, device compromise indicators, and coalition threat correlation.
View profileWhat we ask

- Permission to publish an anonymized result
- A path to full grant-funded production coverage if the criteria are met
What we provide

- Priority connector development for their environment
- Priority grant capacity carried into the ongoing funded program
- Independent measurement of their current decision process, whether or not the engagement continues
- Full ownership of their evidence, decision records, and derived artifacts
Timeline
Roughly twenty weeks from first conversation to a production decision
Weeks 1 to 4
Decision Architecture Assessment and workflow selection with the executive sponsor.
Weeks 5 to 8
Read-only integration and historical replay against closed cases.
Weeks 9 to 16
Live shadow evaluation with weekly review of divergence and calibration.
Weeks 17 to 20
Findings, production-readiness assessment, and a decision on continued grant coverage.
Boundaries
Terms stated in advance
- Shadow mode means no production action is executed by ArtOfTheHack during evaluation
- No result is published without written approval and anonymization
- A partner may end the engagement at any point and retain the measurement produced
- A negative result is reported as a negative result
ArtOfTheHack is an early-stage company. Capabilities described on this site represent the architecture and roadmap of the platform. Design partner engagements are the mechanism by which capability claims become measured results.
How to apply
Send the workflow you would instrument, the consequence of getting it wrong today, the systems that hold the evidence, and the executive who owns the outcome. A first call is scoped to whether that workflow is measurable, not to a product demonstration.
