Nonprofit and civil society teams work under pressure and on varied hardware. This website and the grant application are built to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, and reduced vision.
Standard we target
This website is designed and reviewed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target. Accessibility is treated as ongoing work rather than a one-time certification.
What is implemented
- Semantic landmarks, a single page heading, and a skip-to-content link on every page
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus states across menus, forms, and diagrams
- Text and interface contrast reviewed against the white, black, grey, and red palette
- Descriptive alternative text on the logo and titled, described technical diagrams
- Form fields with persistent labels, explicit error text, and no color-only signaling
- Responsive layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to small screens
Known limitations
- Some dense architecture and reasoning diagrams convey structure visually; each is accompanied by a text description, and further text equivalents are being added
- Long service and sector catalogs are paginated by section rather than by an in-page filter for assistive technology shortcuts
Reporting a barrier
If any part of this website, the grant application, or the documentation provided to grantees prevents you from completing a task, tell us what you were trying to do, the page involved, and the assistive technology in use. We will respond with a fix or a usable alternative route to the same information.
Do not submit credentials, passwords, classified information, regulated records, security keys, exploit details, beneficiary identities, or other sensitive operational information through this public form.
