Decision Integrity

A decision is only defensible if the basis for it survives review. Decision integrity is an architectural requirement, not a reporting feature.

Controls

Documented commitments

  1. Control 01

    Evidence before assertion

No determination is issued without traceable evidence attached to it.

  2. Control 02

    Visible confidence and uncertainty

Both are reported with every decision, including what is missing.

  3. Control 03

    Contradiction detection

Conflicting evidence is surfaced rather than resolved silently.

  4. Control 04

    Alternative hypotheses

Competing explanations are retained and scored alongside the primary hypothesis.

  5. Control 05

    Source quality

Reliability, independence, and freshness are scored per source.

  6. Control 06

    Policy versioning

The exact policy configuration in force is recorded with each decision.

  7. Control 07

    Model versioning

The exact reasoning and scoring versions are recorded with each decision.

  8. Control 08

    Independent replay

Decisions can be re-derived from retained inputs by an independent reviewer.

  9. Control 09

    Outcome calibration

Observed results are compared with predicted consequence and used to tune future decisions.

These are the operating commitments of the platform and the award agreement, described as designed and delivered. They are not a certification, an independent security audit, or a compliance attestation, and ArtOfTheHack does not claim any. Protections that depend on the deployment model are scoped in writing with each grantee before connection.
